Cancellation & Refund

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order is packed or dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
If your order is eligible for cancellation, the refund (if prepaid) will be processed to your original payment method through Razorpay.

How to Request a Return

  1. Submit a return request through our website or contact our support team with your Order ID.
  2. Attach clear photos/videos showing the product, packaging and reason for return.
  3. Our team will verify your request and share return instructions or arrange a pickup (where available).

Return Window

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.
After 7 days, no return or refund requests can be accepted as per our store policy.

Important: Physical Damage Policy

Products with physical damage after delivery are not eligible for return or refund.
This includes cracked glass, dents, strap damage, scratches or impact marks due to mishandling.

If the outer courier package is damaged on arrival:

  • Check the product immediately in front of the delivery partner if possible.
  • Record an unboxing video before raising any claim.

Return of Non-Defective (Quality) Goods

If you return a product for personal reasons (wrong choice, changed mind, etc.), the following apply:

  • Only the product price will be refunded.
  • Shipping fees, COD charges and Razorpay payment gateway charges (if any) are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping charges are usually borne by the customer unless stated otherwise in a promotion.

To be eligible:

  • The watch must be unused and unworn.
  • All original items (box, tags, stickers, warranty card, manuals) must be included.
  • Valid proof of purchase must be provided.
  • Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Return of Defective Goods

If the product received has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear proof.

A product is considered defective only if:

  • The watch movement does not work or stops frequently without misuse.
  • Functions such as chronograph or time adjustment fail out of the box.
  • You received the wrong model/variant compared to the order.

Not considered defects:
Minor shade differences, slight design variations, or normal manufacturing tolerances.

If approved:

  • A replacement or refund (product price only) will be provided.
  • Return shipping charges may be compensated at our discretion.

Inspection & Refund Timeline

Every return undergoes inspection once received at our facility:

  • If the item fails inspection (used, damaged, missing items), the return will be rejected and sent back.
  • If approved, the refund will be initiated within 5–7 working days.

Refund Process (Razorpay Standard)

  • Refunds for prepaid orders are credited to the same payment source (UPI, card, net banking, wallet) as per Razorpay policy.
  • Razorpay may take 5–7 working days to process the refund after initiation.
  • For COD orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or UPI after customer provides valid details.

Note: Payment gateway fees (if applicable) are non-refundable as per Razorpay policy.
