By accessing https://rewardwatches.in/ or purchasing Reward watches, you (“User”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree, discontinue use immediately.

2. Eligibility

  • You warrant that billing/shipping information is accurate and current
  • Business purchasers must provide valid GSTIN for B2B invoices

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality

  • We reserve the right to suspend accounts for fraudulent activity

4. Product Information

  • Reward watches are sold as authorized reseller; brand trademarks belong to respective owners

  • Prices include GST; displayed at checkout. Subject to change without notice.

5. Order Acceptance

  • Order confirmation email ≠ order acceptance. We reserve right to:
  • Cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud (razorpay.com)
  • Request additional verification for high-value/COD orders
  • Contract forms only upon dispatch confirmation email

6. Prohibited Activities

You shall NOT:

  • Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access our website
  • Attempt to bypass payment security or exploit pricing errors
  • Resell products commercially without written authorization
  • Submit false warranty claims or manipulated unboxing videos

7. Intellectual Property

8. Limitation of Liability

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • Governed by Indian law; exclusive jurisdiction: Courts of Surat, Gujarat
  • Disputes first addressed via mediation; arbitration under Arbitration Act, 1996 if unresolved
  • Class action waivers apply; individual claims only

11. Amendments
